How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription or Lifetime access comes back right away.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Chess Openings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help if something is not working.
Will I lose my progress if I change phones?
Your progress is stored on your iPhone. It moves to a new phone with an iCloud or computer backup of the device. Deleting the app removes it.
I am not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are allowed for Chess Openings in iPhone Settings, then pick a reminder time in the app under Settings. Focus modes can also hold back notifications.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Chess Openings. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen and tap Customize.
I think an explanation is wrong.

Can I change the app language?
The app follows your iPhone language. To choose a different one for this app only, open iPhone Settings, scroll to Chess Openings and tap Language.
How do I start over?
Go to Settings in the app and choose the reset option. This clears your progress on this iPhone and cannot be undone.
